Personal training at Alsop with Marcus was one of the best decisions I made while at university. Marcus is a professional, experienced and knowledgeable trainer who coaches you to train smart instead of just hard. I began running on my own after I was shocked that I weighed 15 stone. After losing about 2 stone I realized running alone would not be enough to get me the results I wanted. That’s when I decided to look for a personal trainer and I found Marcus. I started training with a weight of 13.3 stone, 17.6% body fat, and a -cm waist. My goal was to lose fat and build muscle. After 4 months of training my weigh is -stone with -% body fat and a -cm waist. I am very satisfied with my progress. Additionally, I feel happier and I have more confidence and energy during the day. I was most impressed by Marcus’s knowledge of different training and workout methods and how he incorporates the best of these to give me a challenging and highly effective workout. I was also really impressed by Marcus’s ability to correct my excercise technique in order to maximize my results and prevent injury. I would recommend Marcus to anyone, gym novice or expert. There’s is no better investment to make than investing in yourself.
